What is Tiekart?"

Tiekart is an idea created by two executives who thought why to pay a fortune for neckties. So we created Tiekart which promises to give awesome ties at an affordable price & doesn’t make a dent in the pocket.

Why? Because we aim to bring the cost benefit of direct manufacturer to the end user using the web. You have to experience it to believe it?


Can you deliver good quality neckties ?

Absolutely …..You have to trust our choice to experience it .


How can I opt out of Tiekart promotions and email updates?

You may opt out by writing an email with subject as "Opt Out Of Promotional Offers" to our email id care@tiekart.com.We will also try to provide unsubscribe links wherever possible.


What size are your neckties?

Our standard neckties & width is consistent with current trends in neckwear. Our skinny ties range from 2" to 3", depending on the material. Just read the product detail page to find out.

The length of our regular ties is about 58 inches. This is the standard necktie length available at most stores and fits most people. A tie has to be exact in its length for people to appreciate the same .


 

What size are your bowties?

Bowties length & width is consistent with current trends in neckwear.Read the product detail page to find out.


Are your bowties pre-tied or self-tie?

For all our bowties, you have the option of ordering pre-tied (to make life easier) .We will provide self tie bowtie if more people give us a feedback for the same .


How do I feel a neck tie on the Web ?

A tie quality depends on interlining and quality of material, we give you details of material & weight of tie to judge the quality.

Our “SUPER” zoom function on the Buy page & combination function on Try page gives you a magnified view along with possible combination to wear a tie enhancing your shopping experience.


Are your neckties stain resistant?

Depends of the flavour of the food which falls on your tie.


Can I buy multiple quantities of designs available on Tiekart?

Our Aim is to provide more designs with uniqueness…Currently we plan to sell less of same design & offer more variety even though it costs us more to display more designs.

For a well-planned event like marriage, corporate function or any other group need, if you inform us in time ,we will turnaround with various designs through or bulk ties desk to help you with more quantities of same design. When are you starting the sale?

We are not a retail store who might opt for sale to sell out of fashion stock or dead stock .Our prices make sure you get ties at a cheaper price than market. Our endeavour is to sell more designs than more quantity of less designs. However we might have special offers which can be seen in the special offer screen.


 

My order was not completed during the payment but my statement is showing a charge. Why?

Don't worry. If your payment has been billed by mistake,please email us the details of the transaction at care@tiekart.com .We will investigate the same & refund the money after your approval .


My Discount Voucher Code doesn't work. Why?

Discount codes have limited validity & if you have a coupon code which doesn’t work, it means the offer has been withdrawn by the company.


Is my credit card information or net banking information kept confidential and secure?

Very confidential and very VERY secure.

The payment gateway promises to ensure no frauds happen on the website by following stringent security checks .Moreover credit card companies follow the system of online passwords to protect your credit cards being misused.


When do you ship my order .Do you have a promised TAT ?

All orders are shipped out the next business day. In case of Holidays & weekends orders will be shipped on the following day or Monday. Shipping times vary depending on which method of shipping you select (see below).


Can I change or cancel an order that I have already placed?

Sorry - once you have confirmed your order, we cannot cancel or change it. So please make sure you review your order carefully before you confirm it!


Please give details of shipping? How long will my order take to arrive?

We provide you 3 types of shipping.

1.        Shipping through our preferred courier tie up at a nominal cost of Rs 40.

2.        Free Shipping  for all orders above Rs 1000.

3.        Express shipping through Blue dart in case opted by the client at a nominal extra cost.In case Bluedart doesn't service the pin code,

           we will ship through the best  available option.

4.        Free Shipping through speed post only for non-courier destinations.

We will send you details of the shipping company on the day we ship the same & the same will be available to be tracked on net .

Though the same is undefined ,we will keep the track of the order to ensure a speedy delivery to you .


What is your return/exchange policy?

Please give details of packing?

All our orders are gift wrapped in standard gift material to ensure the same reaches you safely .However ,we can handle a customized gift option for retails orders above Rs 2,000 & bulk orders .


How will I know that my order is being processed?

You will know that your order went through because you will receive a confirmation e-mail message when transaction completes unless the same lands in your spam folder.

Your shipping information will then be emailed you the next business day (all our orders ship on the next business day). Request you to wait for this email so you can track your package!
