15 Day : We trust you Return Policy!

Though we always strive to provide you with a great experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is fill the form under the “Returns” tab on the website

 

However, we are sure you understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

 

How do I return ?

In case you are not statisfied with the product quality or the item(s) received by you seem different from what you had ordered please write in to us at care@tiekart.com along with photographs of the items received for us to investigate the issue.

 

You can ship back the product(s) to our address mentioned below, clearly mentioning the order number. Post-dispatch it would be helpful if you could drop in an e-mail with the order number and dispatch details at care@tiekart.com. We will refund 100% of the amount paid by you.

  • Special rules for promotional offers may override "15 day: we trust you return policy”, in that case the same will be clearly mentioned in the promotional offer.
  • All refund requests will be processed on receipt of the shipment to our warehouse and certification of the returned products by our quality team
  • We will refund 100% of the amount paid by you to us for the returned products

In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at care@tiekart.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund the amount paid by you.

If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to you post receiving the items back at our warehouse.
